My partner and I stayed at a hotel in a lovely location for our romantic escape. Our room had beautiful views of a park and the lake, and we enjoyed the cozy reading area in the lobby. The hotel's proximity to the downtown area allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to do.
Although the room was nice, we found the staff to be lacking in friendliness and service. The complimentary breakfast was unimpressive and the buffet could have used more options.

Great location near the lake and town center with plenty of shopping, ice cream parlors, and dining nearby. Clean and spacious hotel with friendly staff. Nice external porch to enjoy the restaurant.
The room was below average with uncomfortable seating, old furniture, and odd TV placement. HVAC was noisy and ineffective.

It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. the spacious rooms with comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay. the front desk staff is accommodating and willing to address any concerns. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to their room, adding convenience to their stay.
The wait time for the wedding dinner was excessively long, which could be frustrating.

Awesome Staff and Gorgeous View
The staff was incredibly welcoming, always smiling and taking care of our needs. The buffet breakfast was tasty and filling, with a lot of options available. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, situated just a stone's throw away from the beach and other tourist spots. The view from the hotel's restaurant was breathtaking, and we enjoyed dining while overlooking the beautiful lake.
The hotel's decor was outdated, which affected the overall ambiance of the place. We had some trouble carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs, as there was no elevator available.
